How do I buy a custom piece from Huck? I don't see any in the store?
Fortunately for us, unfortunately for you, almost all of the limited products we release sell out immediately. In the past this has led to many headaches, upset customers and broken webstores. To combat these issues, we now announce Huck's custom figures via his newsletter (which you can sign up for at the bottom of this page) and release new sets every 3-4 weeks. It is generally always a surprise announcement and we distribute the pieces to the people that respond on a first come, first serve basis. This is the best solution we have to deal with the high demand for extremely limited releases. It's sort of a lottery system. Maybe a raffle. Except you don't lose any money.
How long will it take to get my order?
We try to ship every order within 1-2 business days. If there is any significant delay we will notify you ASAP.
Do you ship to international addresses?
Yup, we ship worldwide via UPS and USPS. Please contact us directly with any international shipping questions.
Do you offer Free shipping?
We offer free shipping only on decals, buttons and postcards.
Why don't you offer USPS on domestic orders?
After many expensive and painful shipping experiences we now offer
only UPS shipping on domestic orders. We have negotiated the best rates
we can offer via UPS. We do not add any additional shipping charges over
the base shipping rate. We will never offer USPS on domestic shipping
orders. USPS has a terrible business model. USPS can die in a fire.
Can I pick up my order at your studio?
No. We run a small shop and work long, odd hours. We generally don't have time to accommodate a studio tour. Plus, we have several vicious, blood thirsty, attack dogs on the premises.
Can I commission a customized Munny/wedding-cake-topper/log/whatever?
Unfortunately no. We simply have too many projects on our plate to be able to take on custom commissions without charging an arm and a leg for the project... and your first born child... and an albino zebra, preferably of the zany variety.
Will Huck sign something for me?
Possibly. Maybe not. Depends what it is and if you're a nice human being. Please contact us directly if you would like to send something for a signature.
Will Huck sketch/doodle on something for me?
No.
Can you tell me all Huck's secret techniques and methods?
No.
