Holiday Blanks, Print Sale & The Collection

Skullhead Blanks Holiday Restock

First, let's get this little detail out of the way: I just received my final batch of Skullhead Blanks for 2015. They're up in the store now. Go get em!

35% off All Prints this Weekend

Next, it's time for that end of the year Holiday Sale which means, for this weekend only, I've marked down all of my prints 35% off. You should swing by my store and buy yourself or a loved one a set of my illustrations. Each is printed on archival quality paper, individually signed and numbered, and all orders will ship next week, with plenty of time to get them to you for Xmas.

And thanks for supporting me! These end of the year sales help get me back into the Black leading into 2016. You are directly supporting me and my future creative endeavors in the process. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Announcing: The Collection

Also this week, I'm excited to announce my 2016 partnership with the fine folks at the Adventures in Design podcast. Beginning in January, on the first Wednesday of every month, I will be cohosting a special podcast with Old Man Brickey focused on the Toy Design movement. We're calling it The Collection. In it we will be interviewing industry veterans to discuss design, business and the past, present and future of the Toy Design movement. My hope is to create a centralized community point for our industry to discuss the excitement and challenges we've faced and grow it into a healthier future. The first episode will air on January 6th.

I may be biased but I think it's going to be a blast. :)

And just in case you missed it, I recorded what I considered a great interview with Adventures in Design back in August here. Brickey and I really hit it off and it was the catalyst for what's to come in 2016.

More recently, we sat down to catch up with what's been going on in the industry and to officially announce our 2016 plans. Peep that episode here.

If you haven't already, you should give them both a listen when you have the time. I think I shared some eye opening information in both interviews.

Happy Holiday's y'all!

PS: Cheeky Monkey is coming in January :)
